• Character Certificate application filing
• Driving License verification assistance

Important Notice: Users can directly apply for government certificates on official government portals (e.g., passportindia.gov.in, parivahan.gov.in) without paying consultancy fees. Our service charges cover administrative, documentation review, and form filing assistance fees.

2. No Guaranteed Government Approvals

Granting, issuing, or approving Police Clearance Certificates, Character Certificates, or Driver Verification reports rests solely with the respective government authorities, Ministry of External Affairs, or State Police Departments. INDIA PCC SERVICE does not grant or guarantee official approvals.

3. Applicant Responsibilities & Accuracy of Data

When submitting identity details (Passport numbers, Aadhaar copies, Driving License numbers, DOB, photos) through our site or WhatsApp (+91 9220738200):

• You warrant that all documents provided belong to you or you have explicit legal authority to submit them.
• You ensure that all details submitted are genuine, truthful, and accurate.
• INDIA PCC SERVICE will not be held responsible for rejection of applications caused by false documents, wrong details, or criminal history disclosures.

4. Fee Structure & Payments

Service fees charged by INDIA PCC SERVICE cover private consultancy, application processing, appointment scheduling, and customer support. Our fees are separate from official government processing charges, if applicable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Before Application Submission: If a client requests cancellation before our agency initiates application filing or document processing, a partial/full refund may be issued minus processing overheads.
• After Application Submission: Once an application is filed on official government/state portals or processed with background verification partners, consultancy service fees are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

INDIA PCC SERVICE, its employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from government portal delays, appointment shifts by Passport Seva Kendras, police verification delays, or official application rejections.

7. Intellectual Property & Emblem Rules

All content, graphics, text, and layout on indiapccservice.online belong to INDIA PCC SERVICE. We do not display official Indian State Emblems, Government Seals, or Police badges in compliance with The Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida / Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
